struggle and teach your teen better communication skills in the process. Brendan has worked with teens in her psychology practice
for more than twenty years and raised four of her own. From that wealth of experience she has discover valuable techniques
to redirect conflict and keep parents and teens on the same team. She will teach parents and teens to communicate more intentionally
using intentional dialogue, frustration restructuring, and personality assessment.

Years of counseling couples who waited too long
to get help led Brendan to develop a 7-point intensive repair kit designed to resuscitate marriages on the brink of divorce.
These tips offer good advice for all couples. Brendan will present the 7 tips, then demonstrate them with a volunteer couple.
Depending on time allowed, she will have couples practice at least two of the tips in the session and send them home with
handouts for implementing the rest.

Worn out? This seminar is for you. Brendan compares depression to emphysema of the spirit. Her plan for clearing the airways
emotionally and connecting to life-giving resources can bring anyone into a more energized life. She takes listeners through
physical, emotional, and spiritual exercises to improve their sense of well being. Recognizing defeating patterns and inviting
the Lord to reverse the damage can free people who feel hopeless or burned-out. The pure oxygen of God’s Word is the basis
for transforming the spirit. Attendees will leave rejuvenated from the inside out.
Grief: The Journey You Didn’t
Want to Take
Going beyond conventional knowledge about the grief process, Brendan ask the audience poignant questions
to identify where each one is on their grief journey. Privately and individually, she invites participants to look inside
themselves and figure out what they have lost, what they have left, and what is next in their lives. With stories of people
who have navigated difficult grief, Brendan shows participants how to move forward. She offers Biblical principles for each
phase of the journey.
